Estimated delivery times are "estimates" based on recent deliveries and should not be considered guaranteed delivery times. We do our best to ensure a smooth shipping process, but in the event of a delivery delay, we do not offer refunds.

The processing and dispatch time varies between 24 and 48 hours. As for delivery, it generally takes between 5 to 8 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.

All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Before finalising your order, please ensure that the delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you need to change your order's delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes, and we will not be responsible for any additional fees or costs.
